5. Seat Allocation: Admission is based on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited seats available in each class. There is no option for pre-booking or fee payment at a later date.
6. Document Submission: During admission, the following documents must be attached to the application form:
a) 5 photographs of the student.
b) 2 photographs of father, mother and guardian.
c) Birth Certificate / Passport of the child.
d) Residence proof of both permanent and current addresses (Aadhaar Card).
e) Photo ID proof of both the parents and child (Aadhaar Card).
f) Attested copies of legal documents if the child is being brought up by a single parent.
g) Affidavit of Guardianship if the child lives with a local guardian.
h) Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended.
i) Original Character Certificate from the last school attended (only for students seeking admission in grade XI).
j) Original Migration Certificate (only for Non-CBSE students seeking admission in grade XI).
k) Caste Certificate- In case of SC/ST/OBC (if applicable).
l) ParivaarPehchaan Patra (Family ID).
Note: The School shall have the sole discretion to seek any further documents (if any) as required.
AGE CRITERIA :
PRE-NURSERY: Minimum age should be 3 years and above as on March 31, 2024.
NURSERY: Minimum age should be 4 years and above as on March 31, 2024.
K.G: Minimum age should be 5 years and above as on March 31, 2024.
Important Rules:
1. Van Facility: Van facility is provided for the entire session, and requests for seeking or discontinuation mid-session will not be granted.
2. Valuables: Students are not permitted to bring valuable articles or cash to school.
3. Visitors and Calls: Students are not allowed to receive visitors or phone calls during school hours, except in emergencies.
4. Property Damage: Students are expected to take care of school property, and any damage will incur a cost.
5. Discipline: Disobedience or conduct harmful to the school's discipline will be addressed seriously.
6. Regularity and Punctuality: Attendance, regularity, and punctuality are crucial, with absence without an application incurring a fine.
7. Rule Amendments: The managing committee reserves the right to amend rules, with dispute jurisdiction in Kurukshetra.
